SUPERBACUCINA All 7 of us from Hawai’i agreed it was the best Italian food we had ever eaten. We have dined in New York City, San Francisco, and many other cities. Chef Luca prepared superb antipasti dishes — bufalo mozerella, in which the mozerella is almost foamed„ carpaccio w/arugula, clear porcini soup, fried porcini, etc. Entrées such as porcini pasta were scrumptious and main courses of osso bucco and 11 hour cooked beef, fried rabbit were heavenly. The dessert was semi fredo, a light, semi sweet chocolate concoction, mousse-like, but slightly heavier– satisfying without being filling– perfect with the cappuccino. Chef Luca was extremely engaging and friendly. We’re going back, perhaps twice more during our 2 week stay in Sinalunga. A must if you’re here in Sinalunga/Tuscany.
