A marvelous, romantic dinner in Rome!
Located in the Villa Laetitia mansion owned by the Fendi family. The chef is Danilo Ciavattino and the restaurant is Michelin starred.
Made reservations thru Quandoo for a Saturday evening.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and our coats were taken. Led to the dining room and we were awestruck by the beauty and romance of the setting. Our table had a view of the patio, next to a fireplace and was intimate and spaced far from other tables.

The food was ALL Excellent; however, the 3 standouts for me:
–Beef Tartare w/​Smoked Foie Gras
–Tagliolini w/​Bergamot & Caviar
–Duck Ravioli
I will dream about these 3 dishes for the rest of my life.

Très bel endroit
De bon conseils pour les vins: montigl pinot noir extra !
Les pains maison sont délicieux (citron ricotta, oignons rouges, focaccia tomate, …)

Crème brûlée de morue avec cacao, mouai sans plus
Tartare de bœuf, foie gras mi cuit fumé, salsifis noir, magnifique association
Salade de riz de veau, asperge et artichaut, mayonnaise aromatique, incroyable !
Ravioli ricotta manqué d’assaisonnement, crevette grillée très bonne
Spaghetti crevette, sauce à la moelle de boeuf, lavande et citron pas mal mais on né sent pas beaucoup la moelle ni la lavande
Cochon de lait croustillant, pdt, des de betteraves blanches, la viande confite est top avec un peu de gras, sinon un peu sèche parfois
Mousse au chocolat aux fruits rouges top !
Charlotte aux fraises, amandes avec glacé au cheesecake
Le staff est top «aux petits oignons», certains parlent français, très gentils, agréables, ils nous ont offert un vin sucré, genre Porto très bon pour terminer le repas !
