We ate here twice as our hotel was located close by. Good pizza. Pasta was a little on the bland side. Canoli and cheesecake desserts were tasty.

Nice and very reasonably priced caffe right off the Piazza Barberini. Stopped in for brioche, croissant, and caffe latte on a chilly December morning.

Nice place, very friendly and with good food well prepared. I work with them but my review is sincer. At Bottega Italia everything is italian and all ingredients are healthy and high quality. Manuela and Andrea the owners are very welcoming!

Went here based on previously posted reviews and was sorely disappointed. After spending twenty days exploring Italy, this was the least satisfying meal yet ( Unilocal had helped a lot along with locals recommendations).
Ordered the fried zucchini flower and it was more breading than flower, pretty weak flavored. Pizza was meh, nothing like a few of the other nearby pizzerias. Overall, just an average restaurant. The salads were good and service top notch but food, average… Nothing to spend a night in Rome at.

An absolute perfect dinner. This place is real Italian food. This is where locals and the discerning tourist eat. Excellent attentive service. Our server genuinely cared if we enjoyed our dining experience and oh boy did we! He was kind enough to escort me to the back of the restaurant to see the butchered meet and meet the grill master. Very clean restaurant. We had a bottle of Chianti Classico for 20 euro, very good, we shared the zucchini blossoms (this was on my Italy must haves and I had yet to see them on any menu!) they were excellent. Order them, you won’t be disappointed! We then shared the gnocchi w/​sea bass, pesto and lemon, good. The lemon is not detectable, pesto is more on the mild side, overall a good dish but not a wow. We then shared the lamb 16 euro and it was excellent!!! Great flavor and nice presentation served with some roasted potatoes. The rosemary and lamb flavors come together so well in this dish, I would highly recommend it. My husband had some delicious gelato, I had an espresso (perfection) and we did get two cannoli’s to go. They are gorgeous! Seriously fresh and just beautiful!!! We have been traveling three weeks and this outside of a meal in Paris was our favorite.
Wonderful people and outstanding food! Close to the Westin Excelsior hotel and US Embassy. Easy walk and easy to find. Same side as Westin. All the tourist eat on the right side! Cross over people!

We are visiting Rome from America. Had a difficult time deciding where to have a nice dinner after a long day of sightseeing. So pleased we decided on Bottega Italia. Yummy wine. Americana pasta with bacon and ravioli was good. The highlight was the gelato and pastries for dessert. Home made. Very good experience so we decided to return a second night. Ordered pizza with pepperoni and sausage– Quality. Also ordered the «slice of fish.» INCREDIBLE! So fresh. Saw another table order the fish for two. Looked very nice. Served whole for splendid display. Some of the best dinner I’ve eaten. Service excellent. Super clean– kitchen is in view. Another round of gelato and pasties second night. Enjoyed the front patio — seating in back if weather isn’t agreeable. A rather new restaurant that when word gets out will be a treasure of the city.

Great food, beautiful location. The waiter was happy to speak to us in English. Highly recommend!

I was really happy to discover that this Café served American Breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and grilled tomato). Disappointment set in when we were not able to choose the style egg we wanted, so we had to settle. Not only did we have to settle for what they brought us, but the breakfast came to us incomplete and there was no grilled tomato on the plate. Certain menu items could be ordered but others such as the juice bar items could be ordered until after 10:30am.
The service was HORRIBLE and the staff was very unorganized with handling guest. Asking for anything from our waitress was to much to ask of her and her attitude kept getting worst.
Overall, the fresh juices and the yogurt cup was the very best the place had to offer.
