Sweet lady let us taste the provolone & speck then made us a couple of masterpieces! The sandwiches are made on what seem like tortillas that are cooked on a hot griddle so they are thin and crispy. The walls of the restaurant are literally covered in different options and combinations for your sandwich. The family grows and makes everything that they can and buys the rest local. All fresh, fabulous ingredients — definitely worth a visit or two!
