The museum is housed in a side wing of Palazzo Foscolo and does not contain any spectacular pieces. The building it self is also not worth the visit. Since the entrance fee is only 3 euro it may be nice to walk through it when in the city anyway. It will take about 20 minutes to complete it. The displays are in italian only but leaflets are available in other languages giving a shortend discription of the main items. Main displays: Bronze and Iron Age material(axes, speak heads, ect), skeleton of a horse found in a pre-roman cemetery, two fragments of Roman mosaic flooring, Roman tombstones and urns. The garden of the museum could be nice to walk through if it had been maintained. There is a pond in the garden, but the path is overgrown with plants and it was almost impossible getting to it.
