This is a great place to stay in Milan! We had superb service, our room was clean and comfortable(if designed a bit strangely) and we had the city center within walking distance. There were a number of English speaking guests(UK, Australia, US) as well, and the numerous hosts were gracious and accommodating. Two items to note: the breakfast is great if you’re looking for something quick but of quality. You also drop the keys off with the desk whenever you leave the hotel(I suppose you could bring them with you, but they are huge and heavy) and ask for them upon return. Didn’t cause any trouble for us.

This is very small but really nice boutique type hotel. The rooms are small compared to American standards, but are big compared to European standards. Everyone here speaks very good English and are very ultimately super nice. They have a complimentary cold breakfast in the mornings which consists of a bunch of pastries, meats, cheese, yogurts and fruits. It’s pretty standard but still good. Amenities Included: Small Underground Gym(4 machines), 2 showers and changing rooms. towels and water provided. Hotel Bar(about 5 – 8 seats), really really small. Outdoor Patio area for about 15 people. Indoor lounge area seats about 8. If you didn’t bring a power converter for Italian to US outlets, they have a few at the front desk you can borrow at no cost. Just a room number is needed. Just make sure your charging power supply unit can handle the 220v/50hz AC conversion, US is 110v/60hz. If not, then your device will start smoking. Just check the writing on your device to see what it can take. This hotel is also about a 10−15min walk to the main train station which is very convenient. There are a lot of bus and rail lines next to this hotel too so traveling is very convenient. If you don’t feel like taking public transportation, just ask the front desk and they’ll call a cab for you. Plenty of nice café’s and good restaurants within walking distance. Just walk the lower Southeast part of the block and you’ll find bars and bistros all over the place. Just remember when in doubt, ask the desk.
