Nice place. Well organized, make sure u have smaller bills of euros. The credit card payments are acceptable only above 20 euro amounts. I had 8 piece of cloths n costed me 3.50 euros n took half an hour to get this through.

Conveniently located for travelers, approx 20 min walk from Duomo area. The store was clean. Useful instructions were posted in many languages, including Italian, English, French, German, and a few others. You will find machines that dispense detergent at reasonable prices, along with a machine that dispenses coins.
My only complaint is that the dryer was rather pathetic, our clothes were still damp after two cycles on the highest setting (40 min total!). This could be attributed to the machine we used (if so, it was the unit on the left). Otherwise, the washing machines seemed to be well maintained, and the payment system was easy to use (also supported by English instructions).
Please note that the store is not manned by an attendant and there is no drop off service.
All said, a viable choice for travelers looking for a laundry facility within central Milan. We were in and out within an hour.
