I have been a regular at Faliero for quite some time during my trips to the Umbria area to enjoy the famous«torta de la Maria» that everyone knows in the area. Local specialty is in fact the«torta al testo», a kind of bread/pizza cooked on a special burned stone and filled with any kind of good. Among my favorite filling there is porchetta and pecorino, absolutely delicious! The place is always busy at lunch time, but the restaurant is also open for dinner, and occasionally hosts shows(music, comedians, …). There are rooms upstairs, and the lake is reachable with a short walk.
