If you want to know more about the history of Lari, or if you just want a beautiful view from the highest point in the village, you should definitely visit Il Castello dei Vicari. In the museum you will se the inside of the castle, and you may rent a recorded voice guide (in several languages, including English, German and French). You won’t have to pay to see the view from the top of the castle, but if you’d like to walk inside (into the museum) you’ll have to pay a couple of euros.
