Try to avoid this please. Terrible food which is overpriced and horrible service. The food is not authentic at all, frozen food which is warmed up. Save your money and please go couple of blocks in. ZEROSTARS!!! Try to avoid!

Queen Victoria is absolutely a tourist trap but a decent one. When you walk in, accept the fact that you will pay an astronomical price(about double of what it should be) for a simple plate of pasta or a sandwich. But what else are you to do if you are in dire need of rest, food, and a break? We stopped in for some lunch: a bowl of minestrone soup and a plate of bow tie pasta. The servings were ample and the flavor was full. I have no complaints. The food was good for what it was. There is no service. You go up to the counter like a cafeteria, get your food and pay at the register. They don’t kick you out for lingering and the restaurant is clean. You can probably have a better meal with table service in Florence for the same price but if you don’t have time for that, this is fine. Fill your belly, quench your thirst, and be on your way to Ponte Vecchio.

We ended up eating here because an employee there was kind enough to give us directions to a restaurant that was recommended to us. After we find it, and it was closed, we went back to Queen Victoria to eat. The food looked good in the display. The food was okay, but was priced to high for what you got. We paid 26.50 Euros for the three of us for over the counter food.
