«Oooh Florence has really good leather.»
This is what I heard from a lot of people before I went on my trip. I wasn’t intending on buying anything nor did I have any interest to go into the clothing and accessory shops. It all looked like junk or a scam to me. I was perfectly fine touring the sites, soaking in the scene, and taking leisurely walks.
My mom is different from me and was eager to spend her Euros as fast as I could cram another gelato into my mouth. She asked if she could browse in Prestigio, a pelletteria (fine leather goods store), so in we went. I was halfway bored as she shopped and was convinced she was getting ripped off. And then she offered me a purse. I took one glance at it and gave in. Okay, I’ll take it. Well maybe this one. Or that one. What about that one? What do you think about this one? I can’t decide.
It was so over. I walked out with two bags, heavy as hell, 100% leather, structured with buckles, shine, and a smell that only reflected authenticity.
One could get high off that smell. Every now and then I take a hit off my purse. Ahhhhh Florence.
If you spend over $ 150 Euros, make sure to get the VAT tax form. Reimbursements are wonderful.

Questo è quello che ho sentito da molte persone prima di andare sul mio viaggio. Non ero l’intenzione di comprare nulla e non ho alcun interesse ad andare in negozi di abbigliamento e accessori. Tutto sembrava spazzatura o una truffa per me. Sono stato benissimo visitare i luoghi, immersi nella scena, e le passeggiate tranquille.
Mia madre è diverso da me e non vedeva l’ora di trascorrere la sua Euro più veloce che potevo stipare un altro gelato nella mia bocca. Ha chiesto se poteva navigare in Prestigio, una pelletteria (bel negozio di pelletteria), per cui siamo andati. Ero a metà strada annoiato come lei compere ed era convinto che stava ottenendo strappato fuori. E poi lei mi ha offerto una borsa. Ho preso uno sguardo e lo diede in Ok, lo prendo. Beh, forse questo. O quello. Che dire questo? Cosa né pensate di questo? Non riesco a decidere.
Era così finita. Uscii con due borse, pesante come l’inferno, 100% pelle, strutturato con fibbie, lucentezza, e un odore che riflette soltanto l’autenticità.
Si potrebbe ottenere elevati off che odore. Ogni tanto mi prende un colpo dalla mia borsa. Ahhhhh Firenze.
Se si spendono più di Euro 150 dollari, assicurarsi di ottenere il modulo di IVA. Rimborsi sono meravigliosi.
