Amazing schiacciatine, attentive, though slow, service. The wait is worth it if you want some simple comfort food. All their wines and beers are bio and artisanal. Apparently they have music, cocktails and dancing on the weekend. Just go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our light dinner at this gastrobar. It is a tiny place, but big open doors onto a quiet side street make it seem much larger. Great wine list and inventive small plates. We enjoyed a variety of crostini and cheeses. The bartender didn’t have soft drinks for the teenager in our party — but he made a ginger ale using fresh ginger and his mixers.

I am so so happy to have found a place like this so close to my house. As the name suggests it is a little ‘langolino’(little corner/space) near Piazza Santo Spirito and serves up organic wines, tagliere cheese, crostini and meat plates, salads, cocktails, artisan beer and more. The space is tiny but curated in a way that represents the surrounding oltrarno very well, a bar of bottles, beautiful hand-craved Santo Spirito façade chairs and cozy booths. When I think of a(good) aperitivo this is what immediately comes to mind, the quality of products used are excellent. We tried a crostoni with burrata cheese and anchovies that was packed with flavor. Also our cheese and spicy mostarda(salsas) were spot on. We tried an ‘orange’ wine for Sicily that was one of the best I’ve had, really special wine for those who appreciate the region’s rich wines. Go there, not in a big group and feel like you are in a little corner of Florence, mi piace troppo!
