I (USA) stayed for 3 nights as part of a tour in mid July. As we walked everywhere, the convenient location was greatly appreciated. They had the best breakfast of the tour: fresh fruits and juices, fresh rolls, meats and cheeses, espresso and more; all served on a open air terrace. I saw that coffee and rolls are available in the afternoon.
The environment was kept at a comfortable constant temperature. The room was similar to a small suite. I needed to ask for more toilet paper. It seems two Italian women do not use as much toilet paper as two American women.
All in all, a great room and a great stay.

Awesome hotel! Clean rooms, very helpful staff, beautiful views, and excellent location. Also a great price. Very underrated, probably the best deal you’re going to get for a 3 star hotel. I would stay here again and again.
It was a new thing to me to have my room key collected every time I left the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel in Florence, Italy. The location is about one mile from the city center on the other side of the river. The service at the hotel was the best we received from our trip to Italy. The room was super spacious with a great view of the river. Breakfast included and the front staff was super friendly even recommending what ended up being our favorite restaurant of the whole trip. There are some nice bars around the area and bus stops about one block and crossing the main street.
