Hotel Il Granduca

This hotel had the best customer service ever. Absolutely no complaints.
The rooms are excellent, although small which is typical of most of the Hotels I’ve stayed in overseas. My bathroom had a beautiful glass shower with silver and white accents throughout. It seemed to be the most modern part of the interior design.
The beds were twins but comfortable. The blankets were warm. Pillows were thin but soft.
The continental breakfast every morning was great!
Accessibility:
There is a front door (locks at midnight but a key can be requested) then three steps to get into the second door which enters the hotel. After that there is an elevator to the guest rooms upstairs or you can just take the adjoined stairs.
The best part is service!
