La Corte Di Ambra

We stayed at several hotels all over Italy on this trip and none of them came close to the La Corte Di Ambra style, comfort, or cleanliness. We found this b&b while searching for Tuscan villas to stay in for a night and we wished we had booked there longer. Sara and her family (the owners) are the absolute most wonderful, helpful people ever in a country full of people in the service industry who leave a lot to be desired in their service.
The town of Cortona is an absolute MUST visit that many people don’t know about. I tell you this as a visitor having traveled all over Itlaly, from Rome to Naples, from Capri to Venice, from Milan to the Lakes to Portofino and Pisa to Florence, all more than once. This was the BEST OF ITALY!!! Even saw a Hollywood Star. Beautiful town, church, and people.
