Crazy Pub

What a great find, great selection of Beer, decent food. Excellent spot for a pre/​post flight drink. Staff was excellent. Located in a nice village.

Awesome food and great atmosphere! Luca was great along with all the staff. Hard to find parking but we’ll worth the effort. Will try the T-​bone next visit for sure!

Amazingly lucky to find such good folk by chance. Amazing hospitality and great beers and food. Even found gringo football for me to watch…

Be still my beating heart!
Casarote Sempione was my final stop before heading home from Italy after 3 weeks. I booked a small, local, family owned hotel about a block from Crazy Pub.
In the mid afternoon, before the restaurant open, I found myself in need of a snack and refreshment. I asked the front desk where I should go, and was directed to Crazy Pub.
I wasn’t expecting much, but boy was this place awesome!
It’s not a large place — but there are high tables in the front, dining tables in the back and plenty of bar stools.
The staff spoke English and was very friendly. The best part: They have 9 taps, 1 cask and almost 140 bottled beers to choose from. I died and went to heaven! This was such a random spot in the middle of nowhere (by my standards). I had the «chips,» which were sliced potatoes cooked like french fries and they were delicious. I enjoyed my visit so much that I came back later that evening after dinner.
Prices were reasonable and the beer selection couldn’t be beat. I was VERY happy to stumble across this wonderful little pub — which happened to be better than any bar or pub I saw in a couple of larger cities!
