Roman cuisine in Bologna at its best. My husband Steven and I live around the corner from this restaurant and yet it took us 6 months to finally eat here. Big mistake on our part. One tip, don’t sit in the table by the window. There is no view outside, and the outside view detracts from the ambiance of the inside, which is authentic Italian restaurant. I had the fried stuffed zucchini blossoms, stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies, followed by veal saltimbocca, both exquisite. Steven had the pasta in black pepper cream sauce followed by oxtails, both of which brought tears to our eyes from how stunning they were. We will be back.
