I have been coming here for over 10 years and I always get their cheesesteak sandwich. Love it!

It’s a decent place to eat. I am not sure that you can have a bad meal in this country though. I ordered to tottal pizza. It had lots of toppings on it including hot dog slices. It was a more American type pizza than traditional Italian. Not bad but not great. They charge one euro extra for things that are frozen. Sneaky way to get an extra euro out of you. Seems like just raising the price of those items would be better. Overall not a bad place but there is a ton of places a lot better for the same price or even cheaper!

The Western House has always been a beacon for the American community of Aviano. Many have made it their Sunday brunch destination. Pancakes, bacon, eggs, potatoes patties, sausage. So, why the 3 stars? I have been able to see the decline over a decade. The price rise and the portions shrinking. The staff almost getting annoyed by the costumers. But, it still is a good place to get a US breakfast and watch a bunch of italians dressed up as rancheros(10 gallon hats, cowboy shirts and ties. Levi’s jeans and cowboy boots with spears… which are ONLY worn when working with cattle). It makes you smile and reminisce about the Ol ’ Wild West. So, if you happen to be around Aviano and feel like having a good US style brunch… head on over to the Western House.. you can afford it every once and again

really like this place. pizzas are really good as much as the first courses and sandwiches/panini. not a big fan of the lasagna. prices are absolutely reasonable and the staff is really friendly. you are gonna like this place, for sure!

The Western House, as you might assume from the name, is sort of geared toward Americans. The Italian food offered is always decent, but my favorite thing at Western House is the burgers — especially the Tizio, which features bacon & mushrooms. It’s a giant, fresh patty with flavorful toppings(and usually a giant glop of mayo, which melts into the other stuff, creating burger mess magic). Other people are fans of the tiramisu — I’ve actually watched some people fight over bites of it. I think quite a few people are fans of the $ 1 = € 1 policy from 5−7pm daily. Closed Mondays.
