Food gone down hill big time … Staff are friendly but service has also gone downhill … still poor atmosphere …

Afraid to say I’ve had to update my review and downgrade it from 4 stars.
A couple of months ago I ordered a delivery. I waited over an hour for it to arrive & when it finally did arrive it was ice cold and soggy.
I drove up and brought it back. They weren’t going to give me anything complimentary by way of an apology until I kicked up a fuss. So they then refunded me a € 5er.
I said I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but wouldn’t chance getting the food delivered again so a week or so before Christmas I ordered a meal for collection. When I got home the curry sauce was extremely thick and clumpy. It was disappointing & then I decided that was the last money I was going to waste on this place.
I don’t know if they’ve changed chefs or there’s a change in management or both but this place has gone downhill in the past couple of months. Shame.
It’s getting downgraded by a star as it has good potential but is very hit and miss. If I were to rate it on last visit alone then it’d only get 2 stars
