My 11 yr old daughter and I both went to see them this week. I am a self-proclaim dental phobic, but they were very nice. My daughter sadly had three cavities. But they let her play dental assistant while they examined my mouth and she left proclaiming interest in becoming a dentist. She had her first filling done tonight and went on about how nice they were, how great it was, and how she really likes the dentist. Her last dental experience was when we were living in the U.S.(we’re Americans who just moved to Ireland) and that dentist left her with some fears. Smiles Dundrum have cured those fears and now she thinks it’s all great. It cost a little more than first quoted(my daughter wouldn’t do x-rays, and the cavity was worse than expected so needed more work) but my husband and I both agree, the extra cost is worth the very positive experience she had. My husband took her for the filling today, and he was impressed with them as well. The facility itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. They even cleaned the chair and changed everything between my daughter’s exam and mine. So Smiles Dundrum has gotten two thumbs up from both me and my daughter. We will both willingly go back to them!
