I had not been here in a number of years and ended up there last week out of boredom. I was amazed at the great level of pets/​pet supplies they have. A good range of hardware too. The place really looks great and has a nice intimate family run feel to it.

I have always known this place is here — I pass it regularly and was faintly aware of what they do but after going in today I can tell you it is not entirely dissimilar to an iceberg… you can see a certain amount from the distance but if you look under the surface sweet jeebus — the place is HUGE… hmmm maybe I should have gone with the Tardis analogy there?
There is nothing this place doesn’t sell — everything from pets to fishing rods, fences to paint. they even do a line in reptiles.
Inside it is ordered chaos with perhaps too few staff around considering the amount of customers but I can easily have just come at a bad time. Totally worth wandering in on spec — I guarantee you you will find something you didn’t even know you needed!
