Great service, the staff value your custom. The food is good, but the price of the pint is a little on the high side. There can also be a few undesirable punters in there from time to time.

This is a lovely spot in the village of Shankill. Despite having plenty of room inside it always has a cosy feel to it due to the warm colours and general atmosphere inside. It’s very welcoming to both locals and blow-ins. It’s great for watching sport and there’s usually musical acts on most weekends. The food is very good and reasonably priced pub grub

Moving to Shankill, I was delighted to find that the local was an award-winning bar. We had some confusion to start with because there’s a second pub at the front called Byrne’s, and they appear to be the same– but are only joined through the bar. Brady’s food is served in both, however, and we eventually figured out the difference. The food is great, I’ve brought a few people here and sampled lots of different things and everyone has been happy so far. They’ve a great selection of beers and have a few rotating craft taps too– which keeps me very happy indeed! On match days they pull down a big screen as well as a few TVs around, and the service is great even when it’s mad busy. Great atmosphere and the pub itself is lovely– big and spacious but cosy and old-fashioned at the same time. It gets packed out in the evening and it’s pretty busy all the time. The crowd is a great mix of regulars, tourists, old and young. I can’t really say anything bad about this place. Well worth a visit if you’re around the area.

Date night! We have a gift voucher to spend and thought tonight would be good. The footballs on but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I had the sirloin steak with tobacco onions and mashed potatoes. It was nice but nothing sensational. The mister has a vegetarian pizza and chips. He remarked that the pizza needs more sauce and less cheese but the chunky chips were spot on. It took a while to get our wine but we’re in no rush. Lovely spot southside for a casual drink or dinner.

Bradys pub has a nice relaxed atmosphere, the staff are always very helpful and accommodating. On a Saturday and Sunday night from 10 till late you can find a band jamming away and people dancing, the smoking area is large and very comfortable with an independent Duke box. The carvery in bradys is on to die for… You have to try it. Starts from 12 – 3 daily and after that the Al a cart menu ranges from steaks to chicken, pizzas etc. Love to have my Xmas party here for Keith o brien Heating Plumbing and Construction it’s always a great night.

This is quite a nice pub down in Shankill. It gets a nice crowd, quite a general mix of young, old, locals and even a smattering of tourists. This is because it’s probably the only nice pub around the area, it being all Shankill and all that. Random mix of a place really…
