Very handy to have this Dunnes across the road from me. The bigger one is in Citywest which has everything but this covers you for most things.

I’m sure the builders of Slade Castle in Saggart had very grand plans for this huge development. As it is today, dozens of apartments stand unsold, windows dark and eerily quiet. In the grand plans sold by planners, the estate would be served by a row of amenities, anchored by a Dunnes Grocery Store.
These days, it seems Dunnes is the only business open in the tiny shopping park.
As a stand-​alone facility the shop is excellent. The aisles are clean and navigable, and though the fresh vege section is woefully under represented, there’s plenty to choose from on the pre-​packaged shelves (as well as a wine and spirits area around the back). The prices are competitive and there’s always a few items on sale, but try to get your shopping done in the daytime as it’s just too quiet here at night.
