Arrive early for an apéritif upstairs, where you order dinner. Then, you are led downstairs to your table. Sea bass on a bed of local greens was phenomenally flavorful. Wine list included a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand that was the perfect compliment to a great meal. The award is 4 stars rather than five, as we were kept waiting half an hour after submitting our credit card. Turns out that the bill must be paid at the reception desk on the way out. The food, though, was top quality in flavor and presentation. If you tour the north of Co. Donegal, you should eat here.
