Shopping in Hurley’s is like going to a supermarket but still being in an old-​fashioned grocery store where the customer comes first. We wanted a particulat brand of flour for bread-​making but could not find it on the shelf. we asked a man who was stocking shelves nearby and 2 minutes later he returned with exactly what we wanted. Apparently it was on a delivery that had only just arrived into the warehouse. The checkout staff are always relaxed and cheerful, and again, they are ready and willing to «go the extra mile» to please the customer. Now for the downside… I’ll write again if I ever find one!!!
