i have been studying for my loans exams for a couple months now. i was promised videos on my home page and subject to help me. i have received one of them but still got emails saying they are online. they send my exam buddy late they send useless emails about nothing witch is annoying now they say i need my attendance letter with i was never sent or told about. now the website is asking me about my my cpd hours. this company is unhelpful the staff are nice but you are given now help at all.
two days away from my test and i have no attendance letter or seen any videos about my course. i have pretty much spent 300 euro on a book disappointed by the lack of advanced knowledge sent out to me.
this will be my last course with this company i will change for my next exam.
