This adorably painted B&B is a 10 minute walk from the ferry, uphill, and it’s stumbling distance from Joe Watty’s pub. The rooms are pretty simple. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed hanging out with Guinness, the family dog.

Pros: hearty Irish breakfast, friendly host and dog named Guinness, quiet and clean room (though dated), ten minute walk from ferry pier, horses outside, affordable price
Cons: non-​absorbent towels, no wifi, uphill walk for a bit
Extra plus: The host, Barkley, drove us to the ferry in the morning since we had three huge pieces of luggage to drag. Would definitely recommend!
