Right I’ll admit i have never stayed here, in fact i don’t think I’ll ever stay here! Don’t get me wrong though I would love to rent this house and stay in it for a week but it is super duper expensive, we are talking, famous people expensive here. I have driven by it before though and have done what everyone else does and slow right down while going past this place, neck craning to see how lovely it all looks, and then you go home and look it up on a website and see what all the rooms look like inside. If you were famous it really would be a perfect get away, you’re in the middle of an ancient oak forest, surrounded by trees(obviously!) and your really out of the way being down in Glengarriff anyway where the locals wouldn’t really care who you are, well, they would have a good natter about you in the local but I’m sure they wouldn’t be asking for autographs. Of course you would have to watch out for the people trying to get a glimpse of the lodge you have rented however! Why did I write this review as if my audience were made up of famous people, maybe it is! That’s a nice thought J
