We enjoyed a lovely stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Great location! We walked to the pier and took a boat ride to see the cliffs. It just so happened that it was a bright, sunny day with a clear blue sky so we thought we’d take advantage of the nice weather. The O’Connor pub is right around the corner. We had some really good fish and chips for dinner along with a few pints of Guinness and Smithwick’s. For dessert we had the Homemade Baileys and Biscuit Ice-cream with toffee sauce! The next morning after breakfast at the hostel we took the relatively short drive up to the visitor center and walked the cliffs. It wasn’t as sunny as the day before so we were glad we got some nice pictures from the boat. And even though our room/window was facing the main street on the ground floor it was very quiet at night.
