I had to go to this centre when i started a new job last year, basically they did a medical which they used to write a report on my health for my work. it was a welcoming professional set up inside and all the staff were really very friendly. a nurse carried out all the usual test such as sight and sound tests and making sure you can bend down and move my wrists properly (kinda weird!) and then testing my weight and normal tests that you would expect. they then give a report to your work just to say that you a re fully healthy (well i was in my case) and ta da your done! all very quick and easy and it was generally a fine experience!
