Only last week I wrote to compliment Trish and Liam on your staff, but today I went back with my Sparks card, and could not get help with that in the Lingerie dept. and I went to Darren in the cafe who, once again, demonstrated how decent some people are. He made sure I got my purchases on the Sparks scheme, and got me my discount. Honestly Im always touched by kindness and himself and the young manager there were superb. However, in the fuss, I lost my car keys, and everyone rowed in to help. I went to the help desk on 2nd floor, and to the lost prop on ground floor, and everyone I spoke to was so very helpful. I just couldnt not pass this on.
I wont make a habit of this, but it is the 2nd and only times I have written. Huge thanks to your kind and helpful staff.

M&S has done it well. They have managed to hone in on the ready-made meal niche and turn it in to a luxury item. Seriously though, it is hard to beat the meal deal for two(side, main and dessert) with the bottle of wine or soft drink for € 14. I might have partaken in quite a number of these!!! The Dundrum store is always well stocked in both clothes and food. The prices are not too bad either when you weigh up the selection of slightly different variants of well-known dishes. And if you are having a summer BBQ or party, the selection of party food and nibbles is great. Make sure you bring a jacket though as the rows of fridges and freezers can be cold. I tipped this already, but I recommend visiting close to evening time as they breads, buns and cakes get seriously discounted and can make for a well-deserved scoff fest in the car home after the wallet slimming, catwalk session that is Dundrum Town Centre. And it’ll be a lot quitter too. Good for nibble heads, nosh heads, bread heads and posh heads!

Your standard M&S here at Dundrum, its a good size. With a good homes department, I was here to buy some bed linen. I had a discount voucher that I received from a friend in a pdf format. The food section is also a good size. The staff who work the tills here are always nice and friendly, as well as getting the basket-only queue to move quickly. Prices are a little higher here, especially for the food. But you already knew that :)

Always like the supermarket in the basement. Expensive food i know but they do sell things that you can get anywhere else. I always go there for my specialty food needs.

As far as department stores go it is a bit expensive but the trade off is that the food is overall pretty good and the own-brand goodies and biscuits are fantastic! They do meal deals for about 12 Euro which for a lazy night in front of the fire are well worth a shot! Also, I quite like the Sartorial brand shirts from the mens Dept!

You know what you are getting with Marks. Apart from the can-be-funky Limited Collection, much stays the same from year to year. Per Una: long skirts and round neck cotton tops with a bit of a detail. The Classic Collection: get-thee-to-a nunnery chic. However, the underwear department is fabulous and this store has the added bonus of a Christmas shop, food hall and homeware department.
