I went recently for waxing and the service was totally regrettable. I got an appointment in the evening as I was working all day. I’ve specified it was for Brazilian waxing and upper legs. They called me 1 hour before my appointment hurrying me up because they had availability in that moment(and I guess a lot of willing to close earlier), so, after running to get there, she started to do the waxig and in some moment she stopped because she didn’t have more wax ready and the time to warm it up it was going to be long, so she suggested me to go there the day after or whenever I could — I could in that moment! The result was a brazilian waxing with 2⁄3 of upper legs done. Not happy with everything, she said«I’m going to take the full price of the service, and the next time you won’t have to pay”(Oh, thank you!). I said to her what if I’m not able to make it and go again. «Oh, you’ll come back». No, I won’t. After a bit of kind discussion, we agreed to not pay FORSOMETHINGTHATSHEDIDN’T MAKE(yes, call me persuasive). Expensive in the price, very poor in the service.

NEVERGOHERE! The stories I just read are the EXACT same experience I had yesterday using my Groupon voucher. I asked for just a trim(having shoulder length hair) and after a very traumatic ordeal of the ‘hairdresser’ hacking at my hair, blowdrying, straightening, having to re-wet to try and make the cut even, my hair was up to my ears. I was trying to grow out my hair for a wedding I’m in in two months and now an up-do will be impossible. I now resemble Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber or Ramona Quimby. WORSTHAIRCUTEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE!

I have never felt the need to review anything online no matter how bad it was but my experience here was ridiculous. My hair is ruined! I bought a voucher on Living Social for a cut, steam mask treatment and blowdry. I was waiting 25 minutes in an empty salon to be acknowledged by the staff. When I was brought to the sink, the temperature wasn’t checked and my head, neck and forehead were scalded with near boiling water. My hair was barely washed; it was still dry at the roots in parts. The ‘steam mask’ consisted of leaving some conditioner in and sitting under a dryer. As for the cut — there is absolutely no way that the girl that cut my hair could have had any hairdressing experience whatsoever, let alone any qualifications. There was a serious language barrier and in retrospect I assume she didn’t understand when I asked for a trim and I should have left then. In any case, she took far more off my hair than I asked for. However the main issue is HOW she cut it… She hacked away haphazardly and the cut took less than four minutes total. At the front, one side is now almost a full inch longer than the other. At the back, there is an inexplicable strand hanging down approximately two inches longer than the rest; I literally have no idea how anyone could miss it, let alone a ‘hairdresser’. The rest of the ends of my hair are in a random zig zag pattern, and in some places there are really short bits. I’m going to have to get several inches cut off to get it all the same length, and it’s not particularly long as it is. Describing it as the worst haircut I’ve ever had does not do it justice; if I could upload pictures here I would. It beggars belief. Afterwards the girl who cut my hair blow-dried it in such a way as to give it the appearance of being glued onto my head like a Lego man’s hair, despite having asked her for volume… My hair is naturally poker straight but she still started using a straightener on it without asking so I asked her to stop. When she finished, she didn’t ask if it was ok and couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. However when I went back to reception, the girl who I had handed my voucher to upon arrival insisted I hadn’t given it to her. She found it after a couple of minutes and the incident was no big deal, but she was very snappy and rude and acted like it was my fault. I left close to tears with dreadful hair. I am positive that the people who started this place are no more qualified to cut hair than I am. I haven’t had a chance to go back yet and I don’t really know if there’s anything I can do about it, but I can at least advise anybody who is considering going here to stay well away.
