Popped in here on my way to visit a friend in Whitehall. Downstairs was cozy and a real homey atmosphere. Dave was our bartender and he made me some delicious concoction called a «goosey gander». Consequently I ordered two of those cocktails and can’t sing his praises enough! Also tipped me off that there was pub quiz going on upstairs in the lounge, ended up having my friend meet us here and was great craic. Definitely a great place off the beaten path. I’ll be going back

Simply the best pub in Dublin! Where else can you find a pub brimming with Irish culture and age but has also embraced new trends by selling reasonably priced cocktails and craft beers! The Goose is like a little oasis hidden away from the hustle and bussle of Drumcondra and Griffith Avenue.

Ann our bartender was awesome, lovely woman. Had my first Guinness in Ireland there. Soooooo much better than in the states. Go there!
