Usually good craic. Food is fine but new managnenet have removed the pool table! Such a pity! Used to come here quite a bit for pints and a game of pool after work. Have to find somewhere new!
Staff are also always nice and polite and definitely deserve a mention!
Bring back the pool table!

i like this pub because i find it comfortable now that its done up and has a nice classyish look. its only a small pub but uses its space well and even has an area where you can dance when music or dj is playing.
i think this place has not reached its potential as it never seems full as everyone is in the ivy house up the road but when people realise that this is actually a nice pub it will get busier.
it is not overly expensive and makes a good place to start off an evening if you are heading off to the ivy house or into town.

Gemütliches, traditionelles Irish Pub auf der Northside. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum St Patrick’s College, trifft man auf einige Studenten und es herrscht eine lockere und ausgelassene Atmosphäre. Zum Pint kann man sich auch leckeres Pub Food bestellen.
Definitiv einen Besuch wert!
