The idea is sound — minimised offerings to match the fresh available produce. I just got the distinct impression that it was more food that was cheap at the market as opposed to quality produce. The majority of our meal was fine but some aspects were lacking — e. g our potatoes were black and the bread with our cheeseboard was stale. For the food we got I think it was over priced.
All in all I am willing to give it another go but I was in no way impressed by my first visit.
