I love the older butchers who still have(though in this case don’t use) the separate hatch where customers used to go and pay after getting their meat. That’s about the only thing that shows that O’tooles have been around for a while, the rest of the shop is modern and clean and they do a wild boar sausage to die for(was he really wild? sir, when he was shot he was furious!). This shop is related to the O’tooles in Dun laoghaire, I didn’t realise this till I was the sign on the window for Kobe beef, so rare that when to shops of the same name are selling it you know they are the same folks! They are also completely organic… well who isn’t I suppose?!
