Richard is brilliant. He’s so passionate & personable & I’m so glad I found him after dealing with a few rude jewellers beforehand. He was putting two old rings into one for my engagement ring and he came up with an amazing design for it at a very reasonable price. I plan on wearing this ring for a long time and he gave me exactly what I wanted.

I currently work in retail myself and so I know it can be very difficult to always give great customer service when people can be very rude which can often affect how you are with all your customers for the rest of the day. As a result, I always appreciate good customer service because I know its not always easy to give and I called into this little jewellers today to buy a brooch as a gift for my mother and I have to say not only were the prices extremely reasonable but the gent behind the counter was very polite, helpful, friendly and full of chat. He even gift wrapped the brooch for me (I didn’t even ask — he kindly offered) Its the kind of shop that reminds you of what Dublin used to be like — not flashy and full of high end brands but a simple shop with lots of reasonabley priced pretty things and a friendly face happy to serve you. I also noticed that they do repairs and that type of thing too. I would definitelty recommend and will pop in again when I need another similar gift. :D
