A nice friendly deli… it is exactly what it says it is! Lovely friendly staff and good value for money especially if you are forking out for parking around the mater! Some feeling of old school of the place which adds to the charm!

Well it’s all-right. It’s not that it’s evil food exactly — just incredibly dated. Like the type of grub you had in for a family friends 21st bash way back in the 1990’s. Lasagne, cocktail sausages, sandwiches cut into triangles all without a hint of irony or retro chic. Oh yes and everything is wrapped in cling film, tin foil & Styrofoam. «Can I have a sandwich with a 1000 year long carbon foot print please?» The shop windows are ploughed full of old school hand written«Butcher» signs with almost desperate pleas for business. «Free soup with every sandwich» — What if I don’t want one? It doesn’t matter! The soup is also made from packets — not fresh made. My Aunt who lives local called in regards to catering to see if they have a web or menu they could post — the fellow said he would call around for a chat! Very sweet but sure you’d rather make an informed decision from at home. Better than Tesco but about the same as a Centra or Spar.

My local deli. This place does quality roasts dinners & sandwiches/rolls. They provide catering services & looks like they do lunches for local businesses. Always have tasty roast meat at lunchtime which you can get in a roll and they also do the tastiest chicken goujons. Staff are sound, there’s a nice local buzz about the place with people always popping in to say hello. Best hot chicken roll in Dublin in my opinion!
