Does the job for gluten free lunch. Nothing special but nothing awful. If you’re passing, it’a grand for a quick lunch!

This place is disgraceful and appalling. . All of the staff behind the counter had a snarky attitude … as if we were a burden to be ordering food . And I’m not exaggerating here when I say the soup was ICECOLD. I hate having to bring food back but this had to be done. Did we get an apology for the inconvenience or similar? Nope … «Itsa«…kip

First time visiting, popped in for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break from college. Had the Brooklyn bagel, turkey, avocado, bacon, lettuce in a seasme seeded bagel. While the filling was a tasty combo the actual bagel itself was a different story — bland and tough. Serious amount of chewing required! Also had a cappuccino, let’s call a spade a spade… it was not good coffee. Watery and weak. Overall grand for a quick bite, in terms of a healthyish fast food option. But in my opinion over priced for what you get.

Got the kind veggie bagel(avacado hummus lettuce red onion and roasted peppers) which was tasty. What i really liked was that the veggie and vegan menu options are clearly labeled. You can also choose your own fillings if there’s nothing you fancy off the menu

Cool looking spot and the service isnt bad, but theres not hiding the bad coffee and middle of the road beagles. There was not milk with the tea, they keep that in a jug up the counter so to bring milk to the tabe we had to fill some in a plastic water cup, when we got it to the table The milk we got had bits in it. The bagels were unceremoniously put together, and my girlfriends was burned. Wasnt a great first impression not sure if I would go back but if I do il be sure to update it. Could of just been a bad day for them!

Myself and my other half stumbled into Arnotts one day last year and I was starving. He wanted to look at TV’s, but soon realised that I would most definitely need food as soon as possible. Itsa bagel was staring at us, so we decided to ask if they had options for me. I had no expectations until the server said, ‘Oh, we have gluten free bagels so just choose your filling and we’ll make it.’ Music to my ears; I could have danced in the shop there and then! The company has been around for a while. They have their origin story on the website in picture form, which is really fun. They are not franchised, which for gluten free dieters is great because each store has the same premise. The bagels themselves are quite good. I love that you’ve the choice of the menu. Itsa say that their fillings are also«flourless.» Being gluten free doesn’t mean taste free. They make the bagel you want with the ingredients you want. Simples. Each store has a menu, which is available here. Pictured above is a BLT, without mayo. I get nervous with mayo sometimes! Not only can you have lunch there but you can buy packets of bagels. As you can see they use Udi’s gluten free, which is an American brand. Any time I’ve bought them they’ve been frozen so they go straight in my freezer. I simply take one out whenever I want a bagel. The bagels come in different flavours. Flavours depend on stock levels in each store. I’ve had plain, poppyseed, Garlic & onion, and the one below… Honestly, that particular bagel tastes like Christmas, and as you can see we demolished the packet in DGFHQ! It’s a more elaborate bagel made of cranberries, quinoa flour, sunflower seeds, pepitas, millet seeds & flax seeds. It is just so good! If a bagel isn’t your thing, they have salads, soups, smoothies, coffees, a flourless brownie… and there is a simple kids bagel menu for the little ones… or if you’ve simpler taste! A lot of their cakes, like the orange and polenta above, are flourless and they do have some dedicated gluten free products in store. There is a loyalty scheme in Itsa! I’m terrible with these cards. I am constantly losing them or switching purse/wallets and forgetting them, but it’s always nice to be getting something for regular custom. One last thing; the price. They range from quite plan and simple, which is reflected in the price, to the more elaborately filled bagels. Gluten Free costs € 0.50 extra than a normal bagel. As we all know, it’s more expensive to live on a gluten free diet. I’ve photographed the receipt from my last visit. As I’m on a student budget € 7.75 for my BLT gluten free bagel and coffee would not be feasible for an every day lunch, but it’s nice as a treat every once in a while! Disclaimer: Itsa prefer to use the term«flourless» rather than gluten free. Everything is prepared in the same locale, so gluten is present in the prep area. The gluten free bagels are baked independently of normal ones and separate chopping boards and utensils are used to minimize contamination. However, they do not officially guarantee that everything is completely contamination free. This could be an issue, depending on your tolerance level. Keep that in mind on your next visit.

I had been here couple of times before today and left quiet pleased. Itsa bagel is good, but lets not fool ourselves… it is pricey. I was there today pretty much on my own in the whole place and left to the toilet. To discover when coming back that my lemonade had been thrown out when it was almost half full alongside with my last bit of my bagel. When i asked the assistant she was quiet rude about it and didnt apologies until the very end; when she offered me to take a bit of one of the lemonades from the fridge(?) I dont think i will be rushing back anytime soon Its a pity because I used to go to the shop in Ranelagh where found all the staff to be superb, but the service received today was appalling and insulting

Not great. I like itsa the brand and itsa the food. Have been a fan since Epicurean Food Hall days. Coffee was nice. But. The bagel I ordered, a salmon and cream cheese item from their menu, is a mess. It squishes, it squashes, it shoots cheese cheese everywhere, and it becomes an unpleasant obstacle course versus the vaguely healthy brunch bagel I had in mind. They’re tight for room in here too, perhaps slightly fewer tables rammed in might be a good idea? Disappointing, and not good for the overall itsa brand, IMHO.
