A great find! You’d never guess from the exterior but Honeycomb is a cosy little spot. I went here with a big group(we had booked a table) and we all tried something from the food menu. Everyone was happy with the food but the winner was definitely the honeycomb cheesecake — I’ll be back just for this! :-)

Had an amazing time here again last weekend. I know it’s a trek out of town, but I would really recommend coming out here to try the full breakfast and some deserts. Marina the owner puts all her heart into the food and you can taste it.

Definitely worth a try. Great cakes and breakfast especially. The toblerone cheesecake is a winner. Shabby chic décor makes for a lovely interior with a relaxed vibe. Not what you’d expect in the business centre it’s located in, but worth finding, and don’t give up when you can’t see the entrance!

This place is a hidden gem! I panicked and made the mistake of ordering a breakfast roll instead of some of the other amazing looking things on their menu but i don’t even regret it it was so delicious. My partner had the full Irish breakfast and it was divine. I’m not usually a fan of white and black pudding, but these are made in house(we enquired) and taste better than anything you can buy in a shop. Even the bacon and sausage were perfect. It was all very reasonably priced for the quality. I had the toblerone cheesecake for desert, it was just incredible, I’d be tempted to go back for more. In one way I’m glad Honeycomb is in Clondalkin cause if it was in the centre of town I’d be buying their cheesecake every weekend! Having said that, it’s worth a trip out from town to get food there if you have the inclination. I’m not sure if they do catering, but if they do then I’m sure it’d be as delicious.

So frustrated and disappointed as I was so excited to come here and I was let down. The food was great and the inside is really cosy and warm. but the staff. ouch! We came at lunch time so it was packed and they had one poor teenage girl on the floor all by herself. I was getting flustered watching her! They really should have more than one person serving especially at the lunch hour rush. We had to wait ten minutes to be seated when we could see empty seats. When we finally sat down after another ten I had to call the girl over to order because we were in a hurry. The food came quick but :).The menu is big enough and it’s not the cheapest but the quality is great. I swore I’d try the toblerone and honeycomb cheesecake but I just hadn’t enough room left after my tasty sandwhich. My mam didn’t enjoy her turkey club because she said the meat was like sliced turkey from a pack. Also the girl next to me didn’t eat her same one. I kept looking at everyone else’s food it looked so tasty and the sizzling stir fry they have smelled so good I wanna go back and try it. They have a selection of fresh juices and free wifi. The toilets are done up so cute just like the inside. They provide baby essentials like nappies and wipes which is a nice touch :). The whole feel to the place is sorta like an old Grannys sitting room full of teapots and books! I was underwhelmed to be honest but I’m gonna return at a less busy hour and try something new. And il leave room for that cheesecake ;)

I like the salads, Irish breakfast, soups, and coffee here. But the reason I come here is for the desserts. The dessert chef is the master of cheesecake and all things cake! The café is cozy, clean, decorated with a vintage theme, and set up for groups or solo visits. Helpful, friendly, and courteous staff. Available for takeaway. Cash and card accepted. Good for kids too. Private parking area beside café. I will return :)
