I cannot recommend this place enough, its my go to place for some sanctuary in the evenings. You can join this gym for € 29 a month or pay € 32 to roam between any of the Flyefit gyms. Its really well kitted out here, plenty of free weights, benches, machines, squat racks and most importantly bars and plates are in abundance. If you have any issues the staff are quick to email you back in the main office and the staff in the gym itself are always very pleasant too. Nobody really bothers you here so you can get in and get it done if thats your kind of thing. They even have astro type fake well cushioned grass to stretch on and do floor exercises. Obviously if you come here during peak times you are asking for it — take your place among the rat run. But if you can get in when its quiet there is plenty of space to practice your best poses for the Arnold Classic! Never had a problem here, would genuinely be sad if I left Dublin to see the back of this place. Its a great gym… Come here on Friday and Saturday nights if you want to get to grips with a different kinda bar.

One of the best gyms in this area. It is much bigger and better equipped than their Baggott Street and ranelagh branch. I really like the location and cost of this gym. I must mention the excellent reconstruction of this old building and keeping it looking great.

I’ve already reviewed the Flyefit on Baggot Street, so I am not going to go on about the cheap price and amazing value again, but let me tell you that I was a member of other gyms twice or triple the membership fee and they don’t offer much more. So sign up for FlyeFit — you won’t regret it! The one on George’s Street is definitely my favorite one. it is massive! Lots of equipment and lots of space for free-weight lifting. They only built it recently so everything is really new. Just writing this review makes me feel like I want to go there again and work out :)

Their gyms are probably best in Dublin. That said, the only complaint I have is that BARSAREBLACK from how often they are cleaned which is probably NEVER. It’s disgusting and it would be great if they used some bleach or glass cleaner(or even soapy water). I’m there every day in all parts of day and sometimes middle of the night(which is great cause you have the whole place for yourself) and I’ve never seen any one staff member clean the bars in any of the gyms they have(I used to visit Baggot and Macken St Flye Fit before Georges).

Fitness made cheap, I like the sound of that. I was super stoked when I heard Flye Fit were coming to Georges Street as I spend most of my time along that wonderful stretch of cafes and bars. Located right beside Soder & Ko and across from the Chelsea Drug Store, it’s smack bang in the centre of town. I was shocked at how much space they have inside, 3 floors of space in fact! Flye Fit are known for their no frills attached approach to their gyms so I wasn’t expecting much with the 29 euro per month price tag. With no expectations you’re setting yourself up to be pleasantly surprised. Now if you’re used to pools, spa’s and pampering you’ll be terribly unhappy here but if all you want from a gym is to get fit you’ll be in heaven. On the ground floor is the adonis playing ground with all the weights and machines your heart desires. The middle floor has this great spacious studio perfect for body weight exercises and is next to the aerobic room with a grass floor and lots of Cross Fit type apparatus. Finally, the top floor has this stunning bright Zen studio ideal for TRX and Yoga which is next to the cardio room. Plenty of machines in the cardio room and lots are equipped with TV’s and phone chargers(the glamour). 24⁄7 opening hours and helpful staff make this the ideal gym for the cash-strapped healthy new year new you!
