First Stop Tyres and Car Services

This is _​THE_​worst service experience of my life.
Mechanic: The flat tyre was changed but you are missing the wheel centre cap.
I: It was on the wheel when I drove into your garage. You took the flat wheel off and put it into the car boot. Two days later I come over, you put a new tyre on and now the cap is missing.
M: Oh yeah?! So now you’re telling me I lost it? I’m just telling you — it’s missing, you GOBSHITE.
I: (speachless)
M: Take out stuff from the boot so you can check the spare wheel area for yourself.
Starts taking my things out of the boot and throws them on the ground. I tell him to not touch my things, I will remove them myself (and put them in the back of the car rather than the ground). Soon the cap is found — by the mechanic himself — in the tools box from the spare wheel area.
I: So you did lose it after all and called me a gobshite.
M (turning to his colleagues and customers): I will not tolerate this abuse! I am calling the cops!
I: It’s me who is calling the cops. You abused me and are now making things up instead of apologizing.
M: I am sorry.
I: Sorry for what?
M: For calling you gobshite.
I still can’t believe such ‘customer service’ actually took place. I had no idea how to react. I paid for the work and left. I am still in a shock. What does one do in a situation like this…
In addition:
First visit: «Your break pads are still great, no even half worn down». Second visit (TWO days later) «you break pads need to be changed very soon, 220 euro».

Very bad experience in this garage! Overpricing! Keeps you waiting and shady mechanics

A very bad service here from start to finish.
I dropped the car in as I thought the wheel alignment felt off — steering stiff and pulling to the side, despite tyres all OK.
However, I wasn’t sure. So, maybe foolishly I brought it in for a quick fix to fast fit.
What service do they provide?
They asked no questions to ascertain the problem, they took it in, told me to come back in 1.5 hours.
I arrived back to ask was there a problem ‘oh maybe they weren’t quite 100% aligned — why did you want them checked? But at least you have a 12 month warranty now and can bring them in again (?? in case in the futurue there is something wrong?) That’ll be 70 euros please’
On top of that I had to wait while he took 4 calls instead of taking my money, and then couldn’t even print a proper receipt.
Needless to say the car is exactly as it was.
