Carphone Warehouse

what can I say about this store. I went there to buy 2 phones today. I asked the shop assistant to bring out the phones he did. Just when I was about to pay he asked me were they gift and I replied yes my parents r going on holidays and I was giving it to them. He said I cant sell it to you because phones r going out of Ireland. I told him that its only for holidays and my parents b back. But he refused I got angry and waved my hand to which the shop assistant replied F* off… Unbelievably rude and I asked to speak to the manager they said no manager, or assistant manager here, I said who is in charge and they said there is no manager and also refused to give me customer service number.
I would also point out that the staff is utterly uneducated, on what qualifications did they get this job.
I would never go back there and YES I will be making an official complaint against this guy and the attitude of the whole staff there as they all were so rude and I did go to another store of carphone warehouse and bought my 2 phones and was told that I could buy these phones,
The guy failed to understand the word ROAMING which means the phone can and is allowed to be brought outside of Ireland and if the staff doesnt know that in the biggest street and probably the most high profile shop in ireland and to have no customer service attitude, then I dont know how they r selling phones there
AND TO TOP IT OFF. I RANG THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE OHONE PHONE AND THEY BASICALLY SAID SORRY THEY COULDNT HELP ME BECAUSE I M NOT A CW CUSTOMER… SO BASICALLY I HAVE TO BUY A OHONE (WHICH THEY DONT SELL ME) TO COMPLAIN:))ISNT THAT JUST THE BEST. SHOULD I B AMUSED OR ANGRY?
