This airport hotel has everything a traveller needs. Hotel guests are able to use the computer at reception to print their boarding passes, there is also a scale to weigh your bags(I think it is 1Euro). The ckeck in was absolutely pleasurable, the Lady was friendly and quick. We paid already on arrival as we had to leave very earl next morning. But even if you need to have an early check out: not a prob: the reception is open 24⁄7. An airport shuttle was offered as well which we accepted and paid 1Euro per person. I think this should be included but it is what it is. The rooms are practical: bed(comfy), Telly, desk, hairdryer, bathroom, shower, cupboard. And: you actually don´t even hear the planes ! Rooms are very quiet. Also, in the morning there is a complimentary coffee station in the foyer. Coffee to go!!! Only the bar was not up to the standard the hotel is. Food was ok-ish.but not worth the money. Staff: sleepy.

As a visitor to Ireland, I wanted a hotel close to the Dublin Airport, It is an excellent choice with buses, cabs, and other options for visiting Dublin City Centre. the price is about 79−89E for a single person, more for a family. The staff is courteous and friendly. Not all of them know about Dublin City but they will get you info if you desire it. Definitely a good choice for visitors or business people.

We had to book a flight for our holidays at an early hour so we though we would book a room at a hotel within the Dublin airport so we could get to the terminal quickly without having to travel loads at an early hour. We did accomplish this as the hotel is a stones throw from the airport and is within the actual airport boundaries. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very spacious and filled with the basics you would expect including free wi-fi. That being said, I can only give this place two stars. The first issue I had was there is no lift. Granted there are only two floors(I think) but the place is laid out like a maze and has looong hallways with many turns. It would not have been bad if it were me on my own, but with family and kids in tow each carrying luggage and myself weighted down like a pack mule, walking up stairs, making two trips having to help the kids with their luggage up the stairs, then having to go right, right, left, right, up, left, right to get to our room it was a bit much. After finally arriving at our room we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations, but the rooms were sweltering and the windows only open a small bit so people can’t fall out. We did open the windows before going for a meal downstairs, but it had no real effect and we sweated away like we were in Bangkok pretty much all night. I still could have given the place a better rating even with all of that. I mean, it is Ireland and nowhere has air conditioning so not having it in the hotel here is no real surprise. Having to deal with the heat, long elevatorless treks, and having to make multiple trips also could have passed for the price of staying at a hotel in Ireland if it were not for the dreadful experience we had eating in the lounge. The lounge is what really put us all in a bad mood and turned us off the place. The menus were different from what was online. The prices were all about € 4 more than we saw on the website. The food was less than stellar. You would think for € 16 you would get an amazing burger, but no, you get a basic burger no better than anywhere else. The curry was nothing special even though advertised as ‘best in the world’, in reality it was chip shop chicken curry at posh restaurant prices. We had to send the sirloin steak back, twice, and each time they returned wrong. They brought us a well-done steak when we ordered rare, and then brought us a medium-well the second time around and threw onions on it after we had requested it without onions. After spending forty five minutes waiting for food we ended up eating it anyway due to the fact we we so hungry. The wait staff were pleasant, when you could get their attention. They were running around so much you never got a second drink nor did anyone ever check on us during the entire meal, which took about an hour and a half due to waiting between drinks and orders. If you are a business traveler looking for a room for the night, this place has lots of perk, like the location and shuttle service. If you are however with a family, again, it will cover most bases but between the hassle of getting around, wrangling kids in the place, and the abysmal restaurant services it will more than likely make you want to give some of the other hotels in the area a go next time.
