I’ve gotten my brows waxed here several times. I have always been happy with the end result, so for that they get 4 stars.
What knocks them back is the hard sell. I came to get my brows waxed, not buy a load of stuff I am not going to use. This really irritates me to no end. Plus the advice given to me today was 1. unsolicited and 2. incorrect. One of the girls started asking about my skin, is it dry/​oily whatever. I said its both and its sensitive, so I just leave it alone. She asked what I used, and I said coconut oil. to which she told me that’s what causing me to be oily. Ya sure, so the 20 years of oily before I used coconot oil. what caused it then? If she works in skincare and isn’t educated about it, I cringe to think what she telling young girls.
Anyways, they earn 2 stars for the sales pitch.
