Over the course of four days, the Dublin Fashion Festival features both fashionista– and family-friendly events like the Young Designer Of The Year Fashion Show and a Fashion Show on the Luas. Many are free and open to the public. Today, for example, just outside the Stephen’s Green Shopping Center at the foot of Grafton Street, a mini runway show offered visions of fashion ensembles, and on a nearby fashion bus, visitors could receive fall fashion tips or have make-up done by experts. Warehouse, the bus sponsor, also provided cards to direct guests to their store on King Street where they may receive a treat(depending on the game of matching their card’s symbol). Many shops in the area are also participating, either formally or informally, in the festivities with all manner of extras and incentives. If you love fashion, this is a chance to feed your addiction! If you just love enjoying time in downtown Dublin, this is an extra benefit to add to the fun!
