Found that this Lirary homes the Rory Gallagher exhibition. Sitting at the back of the library the exhibits are interesting, yet limited. The staff were really helpful and let us view the Rory artefacts and sign the visitors book. More advertising outside the library would give Rory fans the chance to see this information which was welcomed on our short visit to Cork. Thanks a million to the staff. Rob Lea — June ’16

A lovely library, laid out well with lots of space between shelves. Everything is clearly labelled in categories so you can find books easily. The staff are very friendly and pleasant (as are most people in Cork, I find!) There are exhibitions held throughout the year too — we went to one devoted to the life of the guitarist, Rory Gallagher, which was extremely interesting.
