Spar in Blackrock is just like any other really — handy newsagent with a deli and your day to day essentials. Generally quiet so you’re in and out pretty quickly. The staff seems to turn over quite frequently so I never see the same person twice but they’re usually always friendly. They’ve a nice little bar seating area at the window where you can enjoy a coffee or sandwich, but with the quality of cafes in the town you probably wouldn’t bother staying here. Nothing astounding but does the trick!
