We came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon around 1.30 and the place was packed but we didn’t have to wait(lucky)! We ordered one small($ 37) and one big bowl($ 47) of rice vermicelli with black sheep slices. You can choose either slim cut of the meat or one that has skin attached. We ordered the latter and it was amazing — not too fatty and just about right. The skin was very chewy and not overcooked. The sheep broth is great — not salty and the spring onion really added a kick to the soup base. You can tell they have added much(if any) MSG if you are not thirsty after the meal. Overall it’s a hidden gem and I wouldn’t miss this place if I am in the area. Oh, we ordered a side of Sichuan mouth-watering chicken and it’s quite delicious as well. The only downside to this place is you have to wait for about 10 minutes for your bowl of noodles, unlike most noodle places in HK. I guess everything is freshly made to order!
