Environment: Crowded and potentially a line if you go on a good-weather day. We happened to go on a rainy day so the place was only half-packed. Food: We had the steamed egg, double skin steamed milk and steamed milk(coffee flavor). All were really good. Personally I enjoyed the coffee flavored steamed milk and double skin steamed milk a bit more. Verdict: Would return when I am craving more unique dessert, and a good place to bring visitors.

Milk in Hong Kong? How is this possible? I thought most Chinese are lactose intolerant? * Steam Milk with Ginger syrup —(recommend hot) Taste just like tofufa! Scoop some syrup with solidified milk in each spoon. *Steam Egg —(recommend hot) So smooth, not too sweet, subtle egg taste. Love it. *Mango Juice with Cold Milk — It is a light, fluffy, cold, mango shake. So good. *Red bean with Ice Milk — Just ok, I’ve had better at itea in Milpitas, CA.
